3. Services Offered
LGM Prestige provides personalized travel advice and the following packages:

• BEFORE: Pre-trip consultation (visio call) and personalized travel recommendations (including PDF documents).

• SERENITY & FANTASTICA: Pre-trip consultation + on-site concierge assistance during your stay.

• SPARKLE & SPLENDID: On-site concierge assistance during your stay.

We deliver digital travel documents (PDF itineraries, recommendations, etc.). We do not act as a tour operator or package travel organizer. We do not make advance reservations for hotels or transport. In packages including on-site assistance, we may occasionally assist with last-minute reservations for restaurants or activities at your request. We are not responsible for the execution, quality, availability, or any issues related to third-party services (hotels, airlines, transport companies, activity providers, etc.).

4. Ordering Process and Contract Formation
Orders are placed online via our website. The sales contract is concluded when you receive the confirmation email after successful payment. You must carefully verify all details (chosen package, dates, contact information, etc.) before finalizing your order.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC). Full payment is required at the time of order via our secure payment provider Stripe. No order will be processed without complete payment.

6. Execution of the Services

• The pre-trip visio consultation is scheduled shortly after order confirmation.

• Digital documents (PDF) are delivered by email or secure link.

• On-site assistance begins on the arrival date indicated in your package.

Any significant changes must be agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on specific dates or to personalized planning services once execution has begun with your express consent.

9. Our Liability
LGM Prestige is liable solely for the proper performance of its own advisory, planning, and concierge services. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, delay, cancellation, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party providers or services (hotels, flights, transport, activities, restaurants, etc.). We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, interruption of stay, and personal liability.

10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay caused by force majeure or extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.).

11. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution. You may also contact a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent courts are those of Tours, France.

13. Modifications
